Most of my pieces are ready to go, I just need to make the neck cords for the pendants. Therefore I can ship within 2 working days from when you place your order. The time to ship then is reliant on postal services and customs for international orders which will vary. Orders above £30 in value will always be sent on a tracked service.

Jewellery should be stored in the gift box or organza bag it is received in. The silver plated wire used in my jewellery is non-tarnish, however over time the protective coating may thin. If this does happen the brightness can be restored using a proprietary silver jewellery polishing cloth. Sterling silver and copper wire will age and a patina develop, this may enhance the look of the piece, but again the piece can be kept bright by use of appropriate jewellery polishing cloths.

Do not use cloths on pieces which have been treated and sold with an aged patina as part of the design.

I can make pieces to order if you have a particular stone or design in mind. Please contact me to discuss. Payment will be required on ordering. You will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.

I make each piece individually and therefore cannot make large numbers of the same items. I will consider discounts if you buy more than 5 individual items.
I can produce multiples of earrings or the simpler pendants if wanted for weddings, hen parties or party favours. Please contact me to discuss quantities and prices and how much lead time I require to make the pieces before shipping.

Please see returns and exchanges policy. Please note that earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons if the sealed package they are in has been opened. If the earrings are in a presentation box they will be shipped in a sealed package inside the box.

Items marked as gift when ordering will be packaged as per each items description, but will be accompanied by an invoice which does not include the price.

If you have selected a gift message this will be printed and attached to a Blue Owl Crafts logo card and added to your order.

If purchasing gift wrapping, then your order will be boxed in a white card gift box printed with my shop logo and name. The box will be wrapped in acid free blue tissue paper and tied with a ribbon.

I do not accept address changes or amendments. If you need to change your address let me know and I will cancel your order so you can reorder with your new address.

I am a small business and the packaging regulations in force in Germany and France make it uneconomical for me to sell. Therefore any orders placed from Germany or France will be cancelled and refunded.
